Speculations are high for the Ex Barcelona player who currently plays at Chelsea to make a move to San Siro. Being struggling to get the first team action, and with injuries last season it's unclear about his chances at Chelsea. He was also left stranded in the warmup bench in the 4 Premier League matches due to injury.

Cesc Fabregas, 31, one of the classy midfielders, whose contract expires next summer might want to move on to new club. Links with Milan are very strong as the player wants to move and also that Leonardo has a good relation with Chelsea.

Milan are preparing a bid in January to acquire Cesc's services. Fabregas, a Premier League winner twice with Chelsea, is in the final year of the five-year contract he signed in 2014. Milan are unlikely to offer him higher wages than he's currently earning at Chelsea, but he could maximize his next offer (from whover) if he was a free agent (rather than also making his new club pay a transfer fee). For the same reason, it would also make more sense for Milan (or whoever) to wait until the end of the season.
